I swept away spider webs and removed wasp nests near the front door and the right side of the house at the soffit. I applied a non repellent solution around the exterior perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. It is recommended to keep all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house cut back at least 12 inches and to move bird feeders away from the house. I found downspouts that are too short to properly direct water away from the foundation. I found some openings around utility lines in the basement. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior of home for ants and general pests. Treatment can take 2 or more weeks to control an existing ant population. We use non-repellent insect controls for ants, which will not prevent ants, therefore requires contact and will address the colony. I also noticed a large hole of sentiment behind the water heater that could be possible transit points for rodents. I recommend getting them sealed. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by identifying the stinging bugs in the basement. They are cicada killers. I found and pointed out a couple places around the windows where they could’ve been getting in. I then went out into the yard and found and treated several cicada killer holes in the backyard. I then treated around doors and windows with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I did inspect the rest of the house and found no signs of any other issues. I did notice old mouse bait stations around. Though there is no signs of mouse activity now by the end of summer into fall that could change.
